VIP Taxi SMS Terms & Conditions

By requesting transportation services from VIP Taxi and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your ride request.

 

1. Program Description

VIP Taxi sends SMS messages only when you request transportation services. These messages may include:

  • Ride confirmations
  • Driver updates
  • Arrival notifications
  • Trip-related communication
  • Customer support responses related to your request

You will not receive promotional or marketing text messages unless separately agreed to.

 

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your transportation request.

You will receive fewer than five (5) messages per transportation request, and often far fewer. However, if you contact customer support or engage in two-way messaging, additional messages may be exchanged to ensure your question or concern is fully resolved.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VIP Taxi is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred from your mobile provider.

 

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from VIP Taxi at any time.

To stop receiving messages, reply:

STOP

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you request transportation again in the future.
